About our fundraiser

What to expect when you get there

Prepare yourself for a night of dinner and dancing! We are so honored that you are considering helping us grow our family. So many great things have already happened to make this including having a great space for the event donated to us by Rust-Oleum.

We’re going to kick things off around 4pm so we can enjoy the outside. The location has a beautiful patio with a putting green, bags, bocce ball, and outside seating. There will be a cash bar (credit cards accepted)

Each ticket to the event includes 1 drink ticket, hors d’oeuvres, and dinner.

There will be silent auction items out for people to place bids. We’ll be adding to the list of auction items as we get them. There are already tickets to several sporting events.

At 6pm, dinner will be served buffet style, and there will also be a DJ and dance floor.

Every little bit helps. We have a big goal to achieve, and our donors have already been generous. However, adoption is very expensive, and we have a long way to go.

If there is something you can contribute from your business, from a connection you have, or a talent you want to share with others that would add so much. Everything we receive will be placed in our silent auction book with a mention of the people who donated. Just fill out this form.

If you can't make it, you can still contribute.

This link will bring you to our portal where you can choose any amount to give. Any amount helps! If you don’t mind skipping a Starbucks for a day, you could send it our way. Every dollar brings us one step closer to bringing home our baby, and knowing that you were part of it means everything to us!

There are also options to buy the t-shirts that we’re having printed. If you’re interested in one, just mention that in the note on the donation page. *For t-shirts please make a minimum $20 donation.

If you fill out our registration form, it will redirect you to our portal. Tickets are $60 for one or $100 for two and include a drink ticket for each person.

It’s important to understand that the portal is our donation portal, you will have to type in the amount yourself and then put a note saying that you’re buying tickets.

We are using this portal because it’s a 501(c)(3) charity which means that your tickets and any donations are tax deductible!

We are beyond excited and are doing everything we can to be prepared to welcome a beautiful new life into our home. As part of our adoption process, we have started a crowdfunding campaign. It may surprise you to hear that adoption related costs can easily total up to $40,000 or more. This is why we have set a goal to help ease the financial burden that often overwhelms adoptive parents. An added bonus for you is that this is a 501(c)(3), so anything you contribute is tax deductible!

We hope that by inviting you into this process, you will see yourself as part of the community we hope to build around our child as he/she grows up.

That’s OK! We know there are some who already have plans that day, or just live too far away to make it. We’re so grateful that you are looking for ways to support us.

You are welcome to make contributions to our portal. If you contribute $20 or more and are interested in a t-shirt make sure to put that in the notes.
